ENZYME ROAD SOLUTIONS

Build roads faster at up to a 40% cost reduction than concrete and asphalt.  The Enzyme Road System will outlast typical roads; will not crack or split regardless of weather conditions from extreme heat to sub zero temperatures.

Typical roads (asphalt and concrete) requires approximately 6" to 12" of crushed agregate as a base, then the sub layer of asphalt or concrete and a top layer of asphalt or concrete.  This is an expensive process considering materials, heavy equipment and labor.

The Enzyme Road System will turn vergin soil (with a minimum of 12% clay mix) into a rock hard surface that will outlast traditional road systems.

 THE PROCESS

Add the enzyme product to the water truck.

The area is ripped to a depth of 6 to 8 inches.

The Enzyme Product is applied to the ripped surface and breaks down the soil.

 The road surface is compacted. The pneumatic roller finishes and makes the surface ready for the drum roller.

THE RESULT

The Drum Roller finishes the compaction to the shape made by the grader, crowned for water runoff.

Traffic can immediately use the road with no damage.

 The surface spray and stripe painting is applied - the road is ready to use the next day. This road was built in Hidalgo County, GA.
