FOOD SYSTEMS
A large part; and probably the most important part of sustainability is human health.
Food is an essential of life; nutritional food that has not been altered from God's creation by the use of chemical fertilizers, chemical "enhancements" (hormones, etc.) is a major concern in human health.
In recent decades we have seen a rise in growing food faster and larger, regardless of the long term effects on humanity.
ESS has teamed with various "HYDROPONIC" food system producers to integrate high output, controlled food sources for communities.
ESS has also joined with several universities that will monitor these food supplies to prevent harmful bacteria that occurs sometimes in food production.
HYDROPONIC food production within communities will provide a healthy lifestyle and also provide an economic stabilization (value) for each community.
Food produced from and by the sustainable community will be provided to the community but also traded outside of the project - sold to other communities and organic retailers.
The Organic Food Production System will be especially valuable to impoverished peoples and communities.
